May 21, 2008: This week, Piper Gilles and Tim Mckernan made the difficult decision to end their partnership.

Piper and Tim started skating together in 2003. In their first season, they captured the bronze medal at the U.S. Junior National Championships at the juvenile level. A gold at the intermediate level in 2005 and a pewter (2007) and silver medal (2008) at the junior level followed.

Piper and Tim wish to thank everyone who has cheered for them over the past five years. They have sincerely appreciated the support.
